This PromptPlay is designed to help you execute shell commands with ease. It takes your input in natural language and provides the corresponding shell command to complete the task. With this PromptPlay, you can save time and increase your productivity by executing complex shell commands with ease.

How To Use It

To use the PromptPlay, run it from the menu bar or via keyboard shortcut. You will be prompted to enter your command in natural language. The PromptPlay will then provide you with the corresponding shell command that you can copy and paste into the terminal to execute.

Example Use Cases

List all files in a directory - If you want to list all the files in a directory, simply enter "list all files in this directory" when prompted. The PromptPlay will provide you with the corresponding shell command, which is "ls".

Find a file in a directory - If you want to find a specific file in a directory, simply enter "find file in directory" followed by the name of the file you're looking for. The PromptPlay will provide you with the corresponding shell command, which is "find . -name <filename>".

Move a file to another directory - If you want to move a file to another directory, simply enter "move file to directory" followed by the name of the file and the path of the new directory. The PromptPlay will provide you with the corresponding shell command, which is "mv <filename> <new_directory_path>".

Create a new directory - If you want to create a new directory, simply enter "create new directory" followed by the name of the directory. The PromptPlay will provide you with the corresponding shell command, which is "mkdir <directory_name>".

Change directory - If you want to change your current directory, simply enter "change directory" followed by the path of the new directory. The PromptPlay will provide you with the corresponding shell command, which is "cd <directory_path>".
